Every information technology engagement is different. Some engagements
require only a strategic vision of what is to come and how to best plan
for and optimize the company's present actions to take advantage of
new developments. Other engagements focus simply on implementing an
already developed plan. Most engagements are a combination -- requiring
anticipating future developments, determining a plan which utilizes
current in-place systems, and finally implementing infrastructure
hardware, commercial software and custom applications to achieve
